Could I take your valued time for couple of minutes regarding our Annual get together party has come close to us this month on saturday the 24 th of september 2011 in Oak Farm Community centre in Farnborough, which we had previously organised many events as Chandi and Committee members would like to request those all Area representative to inform our members as we have had discussed in the previous meeting in London among that the following points are valued as necessary to mobilize the event please.

• Transportation is organized by Community as previous which was shared 50% in Chandi event on behalf of the community but the whole numbers should be more than 20 members from to the A and D.
• Inform to Area Rep or -Treasury attending your number of families to organize for feeding strength.
• Inform to treasury that number of attending Vegetarian earlier as possible to put the order for chefs.
• Feeding facilities will be organized by community as previous such as Snacks,Buffet.
• Drinks facility will be provided at the  event.
• Ticketing system is as usual.
• It has been extremely emphasized and encouraged to youngsters to participate in the event for singing,dancing, comedy as well as other interesting program mes for the event,
• Participants would have some incentive bonus sum of £300 will be divided among s the group.
• Community hall has been booked towards 1000 hrs to 2000 hrs for long time entertainment to all members
• Arrival timings 1000 hrs and Departure will be 2000 hrs.
